Descriptive: This is a photo of a 1965 Ford mustang from Hemmings.com. This is a descriptive photo because it shows the potential buyer what the car looks like and can help determine if they would like to purchase it.

ExplanatoryThis is an explanatory photo I have taken of this container of creatine because it explains how to take the supplement and what the supplement does to the user.

Interpretive: My photograph is interpretive because to everyone else this is just a picture of a building, but to me this is much more. This is where I have lived the last two years and have made many great memories with friends.

Aesthetically Evaluative: This photo I have taken is aesthetically evaluative because the way the light from the sunset hits the clouds and makes the trees in the back appear to be black is very pleasing on the eye.

Ethically Evaluative: Nicholas Samaras' photo of this seahorse hooked in a mask that is polluting the water is ethically evaluative because it should make people notice the problem with ocean pollution and want to make a change about it.

Theoretical: This photo from picturline.com is theoretical because of the use of color theory and how they used focus to really make the girl stand out in the photo.
